The German Download Shop has done it again this month, bringing you six great new styles and 20 new songs that are sure to keep you glued to your keyboard until the next new files come around. All files are available from Yamaha MusicSoft, and include both MIDI and style versions of the Black Eyed Peas hit, "I Gotta Feeling", as well as great new Latin styles. The five new Latin styles are designed specifically for the Tyros3, and cover tango, pasodoble, salsa, cha cha and cumbia.
All of the styles are perfectly suited as accompaniments for dancing, in addition to providing great sound and flexibility for your Latin performances. Each style gives you a rich full accompaniment with piano, horns, and a variety of percussion - claves, congas, shakers, and all the other sounds that make Latin beats so intriguing. They're tons of fun to play with, but they also sound amazing, making them an indispensable addition to any Latin player's style library.
Gran Salsa - Everything you need to play a perfect salsa. Horns and piano provide harmonic accompaniment, along with a strong bassline and timbales, cowbell and a variety of latin percussion.
Tango Argentino - The accordion (or bandeon) leads the way on this style, along with strings, both plucked and bowed, that creates a very authentic Argentine Tango feel.
Also new this week are tons of MIDI songs, including German Schlager, various instrumentals, as well as current pop hits. In addition to "I Gotta Feeling", which we already mentioned, there are recent hits from the Gossip, Ich + Ich and Amy MacDonald just waiting to fire up your keyboard and get you playing along.
Don't Tell Me That It's Over - Amy MacDonald
Of course, there's much more than pop hits available - keep reading for a full list of new songs including Schlager from Wolfgang Petry and classical and instrumental songs like Strauss's "Blue Danube Waltz".

I receive all your newsletter, and I apreciate it. But I NEVER RECEIVE ANY UPGRADE THAT I CAN USE WITH MY PSR-S900. AND it IS VERY BAD. When I purchased my keyboard I thougt I would get some upgrade for it. But just Tyros 3 gets some... I wonder about it worth to receive newsletter if you have purchased a keyboard that is out of attention and development...just for to be frustrated about how obsolet your choise has been...
The price of Yamaha online items are not reflecting the current Aust $ near parity, the exchange rate you are still using reflects the rates of 2008 .
As there is no freight required on music downloads, the $AUD exchange should be only a fiew cents per- item in Apr 2010.(exampel $6.95US to $9.95AUD)&($19.00US to $25.00AUD.)
Witichis,
Thanks for the feedback. What kind of upgrades are you looking for? Yamaha is still producing new styles for the PSR-S900, and of course new songs are available. If you're looking for new voices, though, you're right. Unfortunately, the Tyros3 is the only instrument that Yamaha has produced new voices for so far. As for our newsletter, we're constantly thinking about ways we can improve, so your feedback is very helpful. I'll make sure your comments find the right people.
Anonymous,
As far as exchange rates go, other than US dollars, Euros and Pounds, all currency exchanges take place at your bank or credit card company after an order is placed. Unfortunately, we have no control over what sort of currency exchange rates they use. I'd recommend getting in touch with your credit card company if you're seeing issues with conversions to Australian dollars.

Hi, just purchased the PSR S910 so I'm interested if there are future plans to introduce new voices for this instrument.
Christoper,
Sorry - at the moment I do not know of any plans to release new voices for the PSR-S910. Currently, expansion voices are available only for the Tyros3.
