This week, we're pleased to announce the release of two new PianoSoft albums containing the piano solos of Robert Schumann, as interpreted by some of today's most inspiring pianists. The Schummaniad, Volume Two contains two of Schumann's piano sonatas, while Volume Three features other assorted pieces, including his Drei Phantasiestücke and Arabesque in C Major. Both albums feature performances captured at the 1992 Newport Music Festival. Yamaha has been the official piano of the Newport Music Festival since 1986, and many of the festival's performances have been recorded using Yamaha Disklaviers. As a result of these recordings, the performances can now be played back note for note on your instrument.
